Can I buy directly online?
Not currently. Agenflow is a custom managed service, not a self-service SaaS.
Each project starts with a short review before activation.

What counts as a document or page?
A processed document/page is a selected knowledge item used to build the AI agent, such as a website page, PDF section, product page, catalog section or service page.

What happens if I exceed the monthly message limit?
We will review your usage and suggest the best upgrade or custom plan before applying any changes.

Can I update my knowledge base later?
Yes. Monthly plans include limited knowledge base updates. Larger updates or new catalogs may require a separate quote.

Can the agent generate leads?
Yes. Agenflow agents can include a CTA flow to collect lead information after answering and informing the user.

Do you support WordPress, Shopify, Wix or Webflow?
Yes. We provide the most suitable embed option for your website platform, including standard web embed methods such as iframe or Javascript when applicable.

Can I upgrade my plan after the setup?
Yes. If your knowledge base grows beyond your current tier, we'll process the additional documents and adjust your subscription accordingly. A partial upgrade fee applies.

What counts as a "document"?
Any source of content we manually process: a PDF page, a product sheet, a web page, a catalog section. One document = up to 500 words of processed content. We'll audit your materials and give you an exact count before you commit.

What happens if I exceed my monthly message limit?
Your agent keeps running — it's never interrupted. Overage messages are billed at end of month at the rate indicated in your plan.

Is there a minimum contract length?
No lock-in. Monthly subscriptions run month-to-month. We ask for 30 days notice to cancel or pause.

Can I see the agent before I pay the full setup fee?
Yes. We present a working beta before final publication. If it's not right, we adjust. You only go live when you're satisfied.

Do you offer a trial?
We don't offer free trials — building a real agent requires real work. But we're happy to show you a live demo of an existing agent before you decide.
